Psychological intervention or treatment is defined as a relationship aimed at promoting a better adaptation of the individual to a given situation and thereby optimizing his or her personal resources in relation to autonomy, self-knowledge and self-help. In other words, psychological intervention aims to produce a personal change leading to higher functional results.

Prashnas Is very good not only as a counselor but also a great person. she ensures your comfortable with her and you open up at your own pace. She also is available on WhatsApp which I found very helpful however she will get back to you once she gets time. I would highly recommend her not just if you have an issues but to having counseling once a month or more for your peace of mind.
A PatientTrust is something that does not come easily for me and Prashna has been patient with me through this process. Prashnas acceptance of who i am and where i am at, all my flaws, my darkness and my struggle to find a way out enabled me to begin a relationship with Prashna with trust as the foundation. Prashna continued to be non-judgemental, supportive and caring throughout the 2 months of us working together. Prashnas confidence in me and her belief that i had some value in the world began to sink in and i have started to believe this for myself. It has been rare in my life to find someone who belives in me and accepts me for all that i am and i feel i found this at your counselling service.
